8-ounce steak seasoned with chipotle powder, brown sugar and other spices. Served with spring onion mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables.

Macaroni and Cheese

Sharp Wisconsin white cheddar, Gruyere and Parmesan cheese mixed with a creamy sauce. Then topped with a seasoned breadcrumb mixture and baked to golden brown.

Corned Beef & Cabbage

Slow cooked corned beef served with boiled cabbage, red potatoes and carrots.

Chicken Ellie Marbellie

Two sauteed chicken breasts tossed with Spanish olives, capers, prunes, apricots, white wine, brown sugar and spices. Served over a bed of linguini.

Classic lamb and beef stew with vegetables topped with mashed potatoes and broiled to golden perfection.

Mango Mahi Mahi

Grilled Mahi Mahi topped with fresh mango pico de gallo, served with confetti rice and seasonal vegetables.

Fresh zucchini and yellow squash, red onion, red peppers, mushroom and corn tossed wit penne pasta in a light cream sauce. Also available Cajun Style. For and additional charge you can add grilled chicken or grilled shrimp.
